That error is in the
community software, so if you wouldn't mind giving us info about
what kind of device you're using, image format, etc, that would
really help!
Also, I'll send you an email,
so please be on the lookout for it. If you can reply and send the
image we can do some testing with it and find out what's causing
the problem. If you don't see the email, which I'll send
momentarily, please check your spam folder.
